Description

This dependable plant is ground-hugging, growing in a mound 1' tall and wide. It prefers hot sunny spots in well-drained soils. It is long-lived and spreads by seeds around the garden. Foliage is needle-like. Yellow orange, daisy like flowers bloom in summer to fall. Herbaceous in winter. It is drought tolerant but extra water will extend flowering. Good erosion control. Will not grow until summer heat.

Water Saving Tip:

Check your irrigation controller once a month, and adjust as necessary.

Most plants require only one-third as much water in winter as they do in summer.
