Description

This small, deciduous tree/ large shrub reaches 10'-15' tall with foliage that is 2" long and slender, silver-gray in color. It is excellent for difficult climates with extreme temperatures. Because it has thorns, it makes a natural privacy barrier. Birds love Russian Olive! Faintly yellow or creamy white, tiny fragrant flowers bloom in spring. It tolerates drought conditions. Do not plant near riparian areas.

Water Saving Tip:

Fix leaking sprinklers, valves, and pipes.

One broken spray sprinkler can waste 10 gallons per minute - or 100 gallons in a typical 10 minute watering cycle.
