Description

Passiflora X belotii is an evergreen in frost-free areas or a semi-evergreen vine in cold winter areas. It climbs by tendrils to 20'-30' long. Three-lobed, green leaves are 3" long. Fragrant, 4" in diameter flowers bloom in summer. Flowers are multi- colored, with shades of white, pink, blue, purple and deep blue. This variety has no fruit. Prune in winter. Use to cascade on a difficult hillside or train on a trellis. Protect from wind and mulch well especially in winter.

Water Saving Tip:

Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.
