Description
Cordia parvifolia quickly reaches 8' and 10' wide. This shrub is open and sprawling. Branches are gray and covered with grayish-olive, small leaves which are oval and toothed. Leaves are usually evergreen except with hard freezes. It prefers sun or light shade. Give adequate room so pruning will not destroy its character. Warm humid conditions (rainfall) trigger blooms which are small and pure white in masses. Tough and needs little maintenance. It is drought tolerant when established.
