This CA native perennial is a hybrid penstemon; it will produce beautiful, tidy, prolific, purple-blue flowers from spring through summer and more when spent flowers are removed. Foliage grows quickly in low growing mats to 6"-8"tall and 12"-18" wide. This evergreen plant tolerates full to part sun, and has low watering needs.
